Placing an Order
  STEP 1: Browse our selection of styles & designs for your project. Once you've made your selection, click on the card thumbnail to view important details about the card you've chosen. Then click 'create & preview' when you're ready to begin creating your project. This will take you into the production portion of our site.
  STEP 2: By now, you should see your template - empty and ready for you to fill!
UPLOAD your image(s) by clicking the 'upload' icon. Then drag and drop them onto the photo placeholders on your template. You may then choose to zoom/crop or rotate your image(s).
  STEP 3:

Click the visible text area on your template and enter in a text message or personal information. NOTE: Several styles have more than one text area, so be certain to fill them all.

Font modification may be limited to the fonts loaded on your computer.

  STEP 4: When your project is complete. Click the 'save & continue' icon to proceed into the Shopping Cart and finish your order. Review your order details & complete your trasaction.

Image Guidelines
  Professional
Photos
In order for you to use a professionally taken photo, you MUST have permission from the photographer OR you must own the Full Size printable images on CD/DVD. We do not accept scanned professional prints. Professionally copy-written photographs will not be accepted.
  Digital Camera
Images
For the best results and highest image quality, always submit the original, largest size, high-resolution digital file you have. Do not use cell phone images or web site images. We will make complimentary enhancements to brightness and color, however we cannot improve images that are provided to us as poor quality. This includes images that are out of focus, low-resolution or pixelated.
Accepted File Format: .JPG or .TIF
Recommended Minimum
Resolution:
800x1200
We cannot guarantee quality output of images submitted with less resolution.
  Scanned
Images
When scanning images for digital output, always scan at 300 dpi for an intended output size of 4x6. It is easy to pick up lint or dust from your scanner, so make sure both your scanner's glass and your print are free from dust. We do not recommend scanning photo copies or poor quality digital prints. Save your scans as .JPG format.

Photo Prints
We do not accept prints or negatives. All images must be in digital format.

Cropping & Proportions
  Image Proportions Use images that will not be 'cut off' when placed in our many shapes of photo openings. For example, do not place a very panoramic shot into a square photo opening because much of your image will become hidden.  
  Cropping Once your image is placed into the photo placeholder of your template, you may zoom or crop into your image. Simply click on the magnifying glass icon for 'Resize Image' and move the slider to achieve your desired look.

NOTE: Zooming/Cropping into a very small portion of your overall image may result in a more pixelated or and less sharp final image.

How to Upload Images
  First, select the perfect images you'd like to use for your project and know where to find them on your computer or even better, have them stored together in a easy to access folder.

Once you see your empty template ready to go, simply click on the 'Upload Images' icon on the top bar of your screen. This will then allow you to search through your computer files to locate the image(s) you would like to use. Click or Highlight the desired file name and click 'Open'. Now you should notice your image shown in the "Uploaded Images" window next to your empty template. Continue uploading images as many times as necessary to get all your photos uploaded.

Upload Speed: The speed in which your images will upload is directly related to the type of Internet connection you have. Please be patient as uploading may take a few minutes depending on the size of your images.

Completing your Order
  Once you are happy with the way your product looks, you are then ready to complete your order.

Complete your Order: Click on the 'Save & Continue' icon on the side grey navigation bar. You are now in your shopping cart and must make a few final choices before finalizing your order. Make sure all items appearing in your cart are accurate.

Confirm your Order: You will now be prompted to enter your e-mail address. This is how you will access your account in the future. If you are a first-time user, you will then be prompted to Create an Account and enter your information. Click Next.

Special Instructions: If you'd like to provide us with special instructions regarding your order, please do so in the area titled 'Special Instructions'.

Final Confirmation: Complete your transaction. Once your order is received you will see a Confirmation Screen containing your Order Confirmation Number. Please print this page for your records.

Custom Card Design Service
 

Custom design modifications are available throught our new ‘Custom Design’ service!

You will work directly with our graphic designers to make simple modifications to create a one-of-a-kind card design just for you!
Design changes such as adding photos, editing card layouts, modifying colors and more are included with this service.

Sales Tax
  Orders placed online by residents of South Dakota will be charged sales tax of 6.00%.
Orders shipped outside South Dakota are exempt from tax.

When completing your order you will be asked to select a Shipping Method.
Choose from the following options.

 
UPS Ground (1-5 days) $10.00
UPS 3rd Day Ground (3 days) $15.00
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days) $25.00
UPS Overnight (next day) $45.00   (Orders must be received by 3:00pm CST to ship overnight on same day).
*An additional shipping fee of $10 will be applied to orders being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii.

Our experienced staff will make every effort to make sure your image(s) look their best. Our creative staff proofs every order and makes complimentary image enhancements to every image. Quality control is our number one priority and every order is scrutinized for accuracy before it is shipped. Because our products are personalized and created by you, we urge you to proof your card carefully and completely, including spelling, grammar and punctuation before finalizing your order. By submitting an order, you are APPROVING your product for production. Therefore you are assuming responsibility for any errors found after printing.

If you are not pleased with your final product for any reason please contact us with 7 business days of receiving the order to discuss reprinting options.

CUSTOMER ENTRY/CREATION ERRORS: (ie: misspelling, incorrect text, wrong image etc...)
If an error was determined to be made by the customer at time of ordering, we will gladly fix the error and reprint the order at a 50% discount plus shipping.

PAPER MOMENTS' ERROR: (IE: production related errors)
If an error was made on our part, please accept our apology. We will immediately reproduce and ship your order at no cost to you. Contact us immediately so we can modify your order.

Because our products are individually custom made, we are unable to offer refunds. Therefore, all sales are final.
 
     
Reorders
  To order additional copies of your project, simply visit the "My Account" page to view your past orders. Simply click this link or visit it from any page by clicking the "My Account" link on the left side. You will be promted to enter your email address that was used to place your order. Simply follow the instructions on screen to complete your reorder. If you experience issues with our reorder proces please call our Customer Service department at 1-866-929-9968 (M-F 8a-5p CST). We will need your NAME & ORDER NUMBER from your original order which is listed on your confirmation email and packing receipt.
